Notice on Personal Data Processing

Personal data controller

Limited Liability Company “Sport & Recreation Complex LAVINA”. EDRPOU code: 43780286. Registered address: 20 Kosmichna St., Dnipro, 49000, Ukraine. Contact email: info@lavina.dp.ua. LLC “SRC LAVINA” is the controller of the personal data of users who interact with the company in the course of registration, identification and the provision of services.

Purpose of processing

Users’ personal data is processed for the purpose of:

registering users in the company’s systems and services;
managing access to services;
analytics of visits and service usage;
marketing communications;
providing customer support and feedback;
integrating with the Diia state e-services for user identity verification.

Categories of personal data processed

To achieve the above purposes the company may process the following data:

last name and first name;
year of birth;
phone number;
email address;
a copy of an identity document (when integrated with Diia).

Sensitive (special) categories of personal data are not processed.

Legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

the company’s public offer;
the data subject’s consent, voluntarily given when filling in registration forms in person, when interacting with company representatives offline, or through the Diia service.

By providing personal data the user consents to its processing in accordance with this Notice.

Transfers and recipients

The company may transfer users’ personal data to third parties only in cases provided for by law, namely:

to state authorities — exclusively on the basis of a court ruling or a statutory request;
to the Diia state e-service — for user identification, analytics and access control, in accordance with the standard data processing agreement (DPA) between LLC “SRC LAVINA” and Diia.

Storage and protection measures

Users’ personal data is stored on LLC “SRC LAVINA’s” own servers in Dnipro, Ukraine. The company applies the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:

data encryption;
data backups;
restricting access to personal data to authorised employees only.

Retention period

Users’ personal data is retained indefinitely unless the law requires otherwise or the user requests its deletion.

Rights of data subjects

Every data subject has the right to:

obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
request correction of inaccurate data;
request temporary suspension or complete cessation of processing;
withdraw consent to processing;
lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights if rights are violated.

Requests are processed within the timeframes set by the laws of Ukraine.

At the time of publication this Notice covers offline personal data processing only. If online services or data collection through lavina.dp.ua are introduced, a separate Cookie and Online Processing Policy will be published.
