Privacy Policy

Effective from 06 November 2025. Updated as needed when our personal data processing practices change.

General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how we collect, store, use, transfer and protect personal data of visitors to lavina.dp.ua (the “Site”). We respect every user’s right to privacy and protect personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and, where applicable, the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

What data we collect

We collect a minimal amount of data:

  • name and phone number (submitted via the “Call me back” form);
  • technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, analytics identifiers (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube).

Purpose of processing

Handling user enquiries, running the Site, analytics, marketing and fulfilling statutory obligations.

Sources of data

Personal data is provided by the user or collected automatically through cookies and analytics pixels.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

We may transfer data to:

  • HostPro.ua (Ukraine) — hosting;
  • Binotel — telephony and form intake;
  • Google LLC, Meta Platforms, TikTok, YouTube — analytics and marketing.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data retention

Binotel records are retained indefinitely; analytics data is retained according to the respective service’s policy. Retention is reviewed every 12 months.

Data security

The Site runs on WordPress with HTTPS/SSL encryption. We apply technical and organisational security measures.

User rights

You have the right to obtain information about your data, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua). Send requests to info@lavina.dp.ua.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies:

  • essential (WordPress);
  • analytics (Google Analytics);
  • marketing (Meta, TikTok).

International data transfers

Technical data may be transferred to the EU or the United States (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube) under appropriate security safeguards.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is published at lavina.dp.ua/privacy. The update date appears at the top of the page.
